Payment of this invoice is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Payment Deadline:** Payment is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice.

2. **Late Payment:** A late payment fee of 10% may be applied to all invoices not paid within the specified payment term.

3. **Payment Methods:** We accept payments via bank transfer only. Details for payment are provided on the invoice.

4. **Currency:** All amounts are in EUR (euro) unless stated differently on the invoice.

5. **Validity:** This invoice is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. Payment made after this period may not be accepted, and a new invoice may be issued.

6. **Disputes:** Any disputes regarding this invoice must be submitted in writing to accounts@nativecreatives.nl within seven (7) days of the invoice date. Failure to raise a dispute within this timeframe will be considered an acknowledgment of the accuracy and validity of the invoice.

7. **Ownership:** Goods and services remain the property of Native Creatives until payment is received in full.
